You see the whole point of the Commisan threads was to establish her character in social situations through questions. Bandara is going through some right now, but this time by comics where I ask myself, "how would she respond?" There are times I think she would act a certain way, but when you compile a history of comics, you can collectively see how she acts; ERGO her personality will flesh out over time. I was planning to develop her as a person before the 12th.
In my head however, she is complimentary to Commisan. While Commisan is relaxed, amiable, humanistic, past minded and forgiving, Bandara is more stringent, serious, natural-selective, future minded, and judging. Separated they are kind of polar, but together they are supposed to fill in each others flaws. As friends they complete each other. (They're each others only friend in fact).
